How much does it cost to post my item?
All postage costs are determined by the weight of your order. Postage for items purchased from our store start at $8.95 for standard post and $12.95 for express post.
Postage costs for custom orders are included as part of the final quote for your item.

How soon will I get my item?
Items purchased from our store will be posted in 1 to 3 (express post) or 5 to 7 (standard post) business days.
Custom orders may take slightly longer, depending on what how much work is required and how unique your item is. We will always provide an estimate on how long the request will take to complete, however please let us know if you need the item for a special occasion!

Can I pick up my item?
You sure can! Cleeve’s CNC Creations is based in Bundaberg, Queensland and we’re happy to arrange a time for you to collect your item.
The pick up address will be provided following payment!

How do I order a custom item?
Feel free to contact us using the form on the ‘Home’ page or email us at CleeveCNC@gmail.com with your ideas. We’ll be in contact to finalise the details for your custom item and will ensure we provide you with an mock up of your order before finalising payment.

Can I return my item?
You are welcome to return an item within 30 days of receipt if it isn’t what you ordered, is broken or doesn’t work the way it should.
We will work very closely with you to ensure we have all custom items designed exactly how you want them. Please be careful though as all custom orders are final and we only accept returns if it is broken or does not work the way it should. Due to custom orders being created especially for you, we are unable to accept these back if you no longer like it (or the person you’re giving it too!).
